We will only accept returns and exchanges if the item arrives damaged or incorrect. We will send you the prepaid return shipping label, OR we will decide if you can just keep it and we will resend you a new one.

We will only send a replacement for incorrect delivery or damaged item.
If you want to exchange your original order with another design, you will need to ship back the item to us, at your own expense. Once we receive it, we will issue a store credit equal to the original purchase amount, then you can place a new order for your desired design.
